<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Sempre que ouvia falar em tomatinhos confit nem me interessava em descobrir como se fazia. Parecia tão refinado e fora do meu contexto de pressa eterna que pulava pra outra alternativa sem nem pensar. </span></p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Mas nada que uma promoção de tomatinhos não me fizesse mudar de ideia. Apesar de demorar um pouco, estes tomates podem ser preparados e guardados na geladeira, como uma conserva, e salvar refeições de última hora. </span>Sem contar que todo o trabalho para preparar será do forno. Você não precisará de nada além de adicionar tudo na assadeira e agitar uma vez ou outra.</p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Os tomates mais deliciosos que já comi gourmetizaram a massa do almoço com tudo o que tinha direito: manjericão, parmesão ralado na hora e azeite pra dedéu&#8230;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">O azeite que cozinha lentamente o tomatinho ganha aroma e sabor incríveis! </span></p>



<p>Para a receita de macarrão com tomatinhos acho exagero a quantidade de azeite da receita, você vai perceber que sobra muito azeite no fundo da assadeira. </p>



<p>Não desperdice esse azeite aromatizado, guarde em um potinho fechado na geladeira. Você pode utilizar ele em diversas outras preparações, seja para <a href="https://pitadinha.com/2013/05/pure-de-brocolis-rapidinho.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">temperar legumes</a>, <a href="http://frango" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">filés de frango</a>, saladas ou <a href="https://pitadinha.com/2014/10/macarrao-com-salsicha-em-5-minutos.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">outras massas</a> que você fizer.</p>



<p>O azeite aromatizado se conserva bem por muitos dias na geladeira, só mantenha em um pote bem vedado.</p>

<p>Mas é bom que saiba que a massa cozida na hora tem uma melhor textura.</p>



<p><strong>Podemos adiantar o processo mais demorado que é preparar os tomatinhos confit no forno em até uma semana.</strong> </p>



<p>Dessa forma você prepara a massa sem muito trabalho em minutos e adiciona os tomatinhos na finalização.</p>



<p>Outra dica é usar uma assadeira grande e dobrar a quantidade. Assim você assa o dobro no mesmo tempo (uma boa economia de gás). Use metade na sua receita de macarrão com tomatinhos e a outra metade guarde em um pote fechado de preferencia de vidro na geladeira.</p>



<p>Nesse caso utilize o azeite aromatizado para cobrir os tomatinhos confit no pote e conservar por até 15 dias na geladeira.</p>

<li>Para as marmitas congeladas da semana: Eu recomendo que você faça mini bolinhos de carne a parmegiana, você pode formatar com as mãos para os ingredientes da receita 4 ou 5 bolinhos. Disponha em uma assadeira asse e espere esfriar. Prepare as marmitas da semana com arroz, vegetais assados e seus mini bolos de carne, sobre eles coloque o molho e o queijo e congele. No dia anterior, leve sua marmita do freezer ao refrigerador e ai é só aquecer até que tudo esteja quentinho e o queijo completamente derretido (no micro-ondas mesmo)</li>



<li>Para congelar o bolo de carne cru. Prepare o bolo de carne e leve ao freezer por até 3 horas. Retire e embale em plástico filme o bolo congelado. Quando quiser preparar é só deixar descongelando na noite anterior dentro da geladeira, siga normalmente as instruções para assar com o molho e o queijo</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dicas para a massa de pizza ficar perfeita:</h2>

<li>Não deixe sua massa pré assar demais. Quando ela estiver começando a dourar retire a massa do forno e adicione o recheio, se deixar o disco de de massa assar demais ao voltar para o forno pode ser que ela fique crocante como um biscoito. Então não descuide do forno e comece ficar de olho a partir dos 15 minutos de massa no forno, o tempo vai depender da potencia do forno e da altura da massa de pizza.</li>

<li>Essa receita de massa de liquidificador é bastante líquida. Então <strong>não utilize a forma de pizza com furos embaixo</strong>, sua massa vai vazar pelos furos e provocar um fumaceiro em sua cozinha. Utilize assadeira baixa, se prefere que ela tenha o formato de pizza tradicional o ideal é a <a href="https://amzn.to/3OE9y1P" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">assadeira redonda</a>, se não, utilize uma assadeira quadrada ou<a href="https://amzn.to/3EoeB1v" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow"> retangular</a>, <strong>desde que seja uma assadeira rasa para que o ar circule e asse sua massa</strong>.</li>



<li><strong>A massa pode ser feita com até 3 dias de antecedência.</strong> Depois de assar guarde em um saquinho fechado na geladeira. No dia é só retirar da geladeira, rechear e assar até que o queijo esteja derretido e gratinado.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Como servir a pizza de sorvete?</h2>



<p>Detalhe bem importante. Se sua pizza passou tempo demais no congelador, provavelmente ela estará dura, difícil de cortar com a colher. Porém, por ser uma camada bem fina ela não precisa de muito tempo para ficar com a textura bem macia.</p>



<p>Antes de servir tire do congelador e deixe em temperatura ambiente 2 -3 minutos. Isso será suficiente para quebrar o gelo.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Sobrou sobremesa?</h2>



<p>O que eu acho bem improvável, mas caso sobre você pode voltar ao congelador com sua forma fechada com plástico filme. Quanto mais tempo fica no freezer mais duro o sorvete ficará, então não se esqueça da instrução acima sobre deixar alguns minutos em temperatura ambiente.</p>

<li>Deu o tempo, escorra o macarrão e só. Não precisa lavar o macarrão, fique tranquilo.</li>

<p>Acho que não tem muito segredo. Lembrando que você pode utilizar macarrão cozido ou até macarrão instantâneo, nesse caso é só cozinhar sem tempero, não precisa adicionar o tempero de saquinho para preparar a fritata. 2 pacotinhos é suficiente.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Qual queijo fica melhor no mac and cheese.</h2>



<p>Por encontrar com mais facilidade no mercado eu sempre utilizo metade de queijo chedar e metade de muçarela no meu mac and cheese. Mas se você quer deixar ele ainda mais saboroso pode usar queijos premium que tem um bom desempenho ao derreter, como por exemplo queijo gouda e queijo gruyere.</p>



<p>O amarelinho do cheddar é sempre marcante nas receitas tradicionais de mac and cheese americanas mas peguei uma dica do Leandro de colocar açafrão pra que o amarelo fique bem amarelinho, fica uma cor linda, mas se você não tiver tudo bem, é totalmente opcional.</p>

<li>Bacon frito em cubinhos. Antes de levar seu macarrão ao forno doure alguns cubinhos de bacon na frigideira e distribua por toda a massa. 100 g é suficiente para seu mac and cheese ficar ainda mais saboroso.</li>



<li>Cheiro verde.  Da mesma forma que a dica do bacon, complemente seu mac and cheese antes mesmo de ir ao forno gratinar, adicione salsa e cebolinha picadinha sobre ele.</li>



<li>Linguiça calabresa. Eu adoro adicionar linguiça calabresa, corte em meia lua um gomo de linguiça calabresa, doure e adicione na panela de pressão antes de cozinhar seu macarrão com queijo.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Posso usar o macarrão integral ou sem glúten?</h2>



<p>Macarrão integral: Sim você pode prearar o mac and cheese com macarrão integral. Certifique de olhar na embalagem o tempo de preparo e utilizar metade do tempo. Por exemplo um macarrão integral que leva 10 minutos para cozinhar na panela de pressão para nosso macarrão com queijo utilize apenas 5 minutos do tempo total de preparo.</p>



<p>Macarrão sem glúten, fiz o teste e o resultado foi um macarrão completamente quebrado. Não aconselho que utilize.</p>



<p>Uma observação importante é que utilizei o macarrão grano duro. O macarrão simples de ovos por exemplo tende a ficar mole</p>
