A massa cremosa de chocolate com o sabor refrescante do halls é uma combinação diferente e deliciosa.</li>



<li><strong>Marshmallows</strong>: adicione alguns marshmallows no topo da mistura antes de cozinhar para um sabor de marshmallow derretido.</li>



<li><strong>Caramelo</strong>: adicione algumas colheres de sopa de caramelo à mistura antes de cozinhar para um sabor de caramelo doce.</li>



<li><strong>Coco ralado</strong>: adicione um pouco de coco ralado para um sabor tropical.</li>

Se você tiver um microondas de menor potência, seu brownie pode levar mais tempo para ficar pronto. Comece com 1 minuto e 30 segundos, e depois verifique seu brownie. Se não estiver com uma casquinha, cozinhe-o em intervalos de 15 segundos até que esteja pronto. Lembrando que o brownie tem o interior bem cremoso, não exagere no tempo de forno se não ele se transformará em um biscoito duro. <p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Uma das sobremesas mais gostosas que já comi nos últimos tempos é esta torta (ou seria pavê?), que parece que deu o maior trabalho pra fazer mas na verdade é pura enganação, hahaha. Eu vi esta receita no <a href="http://www.panelaterapia.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">blog da Tati</a>, e virou meu trucão pra quando preciso de uma sobremesa de última hora. <li>Sinta-se livre para adicionar nozes picadas como nozes, castanha de caju, amêndoas ou nozes.</li>



<li>Você também pode fazer a mesma sobremesa substituindo o abacaxi por Pêssego em calda ou <a href="http://pitadinha.com/2015/07/doce-de-banana.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">doce de banana em calda</a>.</li>



<li>Eu não recomendo fazer esta sobremesa usando abacaxi fresco, ele solta bastante água e desanda o chantilly, prefira usar doces em calda</li>



<li>Você pode substituir a base bolo por uma bala de biscoito maria ou maizena triturado. Nesse caso o ideal é preparar a sobremesa em tacinhas individuais para que não esfarele quando estiver cortando fatias da sua torta de abacaxi.</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Quanto tempo dura na geladeira?</h2>



<p>Se quer preparar a receita com antecedência saiba que essa receita pode ser feita com até 2 dias de antecedência. Mas saiba que quanto maior o tempo de geladeira mais molhado o bolo ficará.</p>



<p>De qualquer forma, vai receber amigos em casa ou quer levar essa torta para a ceia de natal, saiba que sem prejuízo você pode preparar na noite anterior e deixar gelando até a hora de servir.</p>

<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Sempre uso biscoito maizena, mas desta vez experimentei com os novos cookies super amanteigados da Vitarella. Eles tem gotinhas de chocolate que transformaram meu sorvete em uma super sobremesa</span>.</p>



<p>Eu recomendo que além dos biscoitos já ditos na receita você adicione outros para a cobertura. É opcional mas o creme de chocolate com os pedacinhos de cookie triturado sobre ele é uma explosão de texturas na boca.</p>



<p>Como disse anteriormente eu sempre utilizei biscoito de maizena, por isso te digo que pode utilizar o que mais gostar. Conheço um creme portugues que utiliza o sorvete de creme e bolacha maria. É uma delicia também.</p>

<li>Preparei essa receita de sobremesa com biscoito de maizena mas você pode substituir o biscoito pelo biscoito que tem em casa. Fica ótimo com biscoito champagne triturado que dá leveza a sobremesa fácil ou talvez cookies que aconselho não triturar completamente, deixe alguns pedacinhos maiores caso utilize <a href="https://pitadinha.com/2016/07/cookies-de-pasta-de-amendoim-glutenfree.html">cookies caseiros </a>por exemplo. Biscoitos mais elaborados com frutas secas e castanhas também darão ótima extrutura para a farofinha, gosto desse de <a href="https://amzn.to/3UaQ06U" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">cacau e avelã</a> para a farifinha da sobremesa.</li>



<li>Que tal um alfajor de colher de chocolate branco? Você pode substituir o chocolate ao leite por chocolate branco para uma versão branca da sobremesa como também fucará saboroso trocar por chocolate meio amargo. No caso do chocolate branco aconselho que você adicione uma pitadinha de sal na ganache para quebrar um pouquinho o sabor doce.</li>



<li>Adicionar textura é uma outra ideia que eu adoro. Adicione 1/2 xícara (de chá) de nozes cortadas grosseiramente com a faca a farofinha de biscoito. Você pode adicionar também amêndoas tostadas ou outra castanha que goste mas para mim as nozes combinam muito bem com a junção do doce de leite e chocolate dessa sobremesa.</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Preparando o alfajor com antecedência.</h2>



<p>Essa sobremesa de colher pode ser preparada com até 3 dias de antecedência.</p>



<p>Gosto de preparar na noite anterior ao jantar, assim me sobra tempo para cuidar de mim e preparar as outras refeições no dia dos namorados.</p>



<p>Na noite anterior prepare a sobremesa já nos potinhos que irá servir. Em seguida feche com plástico filme e leve para a geladeira. Na hora de servir é só retirar o filme que recobre. </p>



<p>O plástico filme vai proteger sua sobremesa de umidade ou cheiros indesejados da geladeira.</p>



<p>Se quiser fazer um charminho como eu fiz cole corações em um palito de sorvete e espete no seu alfajor de colher antes de servir.</p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Gostaram? =) Esta quantidade serve quatro tacinhas ou dois copos tipo americano.</span></p>

<p>Essa receita de mousse de iogurte veio depois de algumas tentativas de tentar reproduzir uma sobremesa de restaurante.</p>



<p>Sim, eu fiquei impressionada em como pode ser fácil como também muito mais barato fazê-la em casa.</p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Abriu um restaurante perto da minha casa, faz um tempo já. Eu e o marido fomos lá conhecer e depois do almoço pedimos uma sobremesa. Bastou uma colherada pra eu pensar &#8220;quando essa aqui acabar, vou pedir outra&#8221;. E eu pedi. E o marido que tinha escolhido outra coisa largou a dele e pediu uma também. Tô contando a historinha pra vocês entenderem o porquê de eu querer tentar reproduzir aquela delícia em casa. Era um doce misturado com azedinho mais a crocância da farofa, uma explosão de sabor boca&#8230; Enfim. Eu pirei mesmo. Daí fiz minha versão caseira e chamei de copinho de morango. É daquelas sobremesas de minuto, sabe? Pra fazer e comer. Vem cá se apaixonar comigo:</span></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Algumas dicas:</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Quem não gosta de sobremesa muito doce substitua a geláia por frutas amassadas. Eu adoro amassar com o garfo morangos por exemplo para fazer essa substituição.</li>



<li>A farofinha de biscoito eu fiz com biscoitos tipo tortinha. Mas você pode substituir por qualquer biscoito doce ou até por suspiros.</li>



<li>O tempo de geladeira é no mínimo 1 hora, mas você pode preparar na noite anterior também. Para isso prepare o creme, enforme com a geléia mas não cubra com os biscoitos. Deixe para finalizar com os biscoitos na hora de servir para não perder a textura. O biscoito sobre a mousse de iogurte na geladeira tende a amolecer.</li>



<li>Pode usar o iogurte integral, desnatado ou vegano,por exemplo, porém com o iogurte grego ficará mais cremoso.</li>



<li>Eu utilizei o limão simples para a mousse, se quiser um sabor mais sutil utilize limão siciliano.</li>
</ul>

<p>Saiba que essa receita conserva super bem por até 3 dias na geladeira.</p>



<p>Bem como pode usar para fazer coberturas e recheios de bolo. Eu confesso que corto fatias de bolo e cubro com essa sobremesa.</p>

<p>Sim, essa mousse de manga pode ser feita na noite anterior. Prepare e leve a geladeira coberta com tampa ou plástico filme. Assim não corre o risco de algum cheiro na geladeira transferir para sua sobremesa.</p>



<p>Prepare em uma travessa grande ou em potinhos individuais. Depois do tempo de geladeira ela ganha consistência, nesse caso você não conseguirá transferir para os potinhos sem que ela se quebre toda.</p>



<p>Caso prepare tacinhas individuais como eu, coloque em uma assadeira para facilitar o transporte para a geladeira, embrulhe com o plástico filme de forma que todos estejam cobertos. Na hora de servir é só retirar.</p>

<li>Iogurte grego. Para uma versão mais cremosa e protéica substitua o iogurte natural por iogurte grego. Mas atente-se ao rótulo. Prefira o iogurte grego sem adoçante, a manga já é doce.</li>



<li>Você pode substituir a manga por morango, pêssego ou frutas vermelhas.</li>



<li>Se quiser arrasar na decoração finalize com uma misturinha de sementes de maracujá e açúcar, uma colher pequena já é suficiente para decorar bonito suas taças de mousse. Para a caldinha misture 1 xícara de polpa de maracujá com 1/2 de açúcar. Misture com uma colher até que o açúcar esteja completamente diluído. Então é só regar sobre a mousse de manga na hora de servir.</li>



<li>Outra forma de fazer bonito é adicionar no fundo do seu potinho pedacinhos de manga e granola. Nesse caso não dá para fazer com um dia de antecedência. Quanto mais tempo na geladeira mais a manga irá umedecer a granola e perder toda a importância na receita.</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Versão vegana da mousse de manga</h3>



<p>Para uma versão vegana da sobremesa de manga substitua em quantidades iguais o iogurte por 1 garrafinha de leite de coco e a gelatina por 1 colher (de chá) de agar-agar diluído em 100 ml de água fervente, mexa até começar a ficar gelatinoso.</p>



<p>Essa versão de sobremesa sem nenhum ingrediente de origem animal ganha o sabor do coco que combina super bem com a manga.</p>



<p>O modo de fazer é exatamente o mesmo. Bata tudo no liquidificador, verta em um recipiente, cubra e gele.</p>
