<p>Essa receita de mousse de iogurte veio depois de algumas tentativas de tentar reproduzir uma sobremesa de restaurante.</p>



<p>Sim, eu fiquei impressionada em como pode ser fácil como também muito mais barato fazê-la em casa.</p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Abriu um restaurante perto da minha casa, faz um tempo já. Eu e o marido fomos lá conhecer e depois do almoço pedimos uma sobremesa. Bastou uma colherada pra eu pensar &#8220;quando essa aqui acabar, vou pedir outra&#8221;. E eu pedi. E o marido que tinha escolhido outra coisa largou a dele e pediu uma também. Tô contando a historinha pra vocês entenderem o porquê de eu querer tentar reproduzir aquela delícia em casa. Era um doce misturado com azedinho mais a crocância da farofa, uma explosão de sabor boca&#8230; Enfim. Eu pirei mesmo. Daí fiz minha versão caseira e chamei de copinho de morango. É daquelas sobremesas de minuto, sabe? Pra fazer e comer. Vem cá se apaixonar comigo:</span></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Algumas dicas:</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Quem não gosta de sobremesa muito doce substitua a geláia por frutas amassadas. Eu adoro amassar com o garfo morangos por exemplo para fazer essa substituição.</li>



<li>A farofinha de biscoito eu fiz com biscoitos tipo tortinha. Mas você pode substituir por qualquer biscoito doce ou até por suspiros.</li>



<li>O tempo de geladeira é no mínimo 1 hora, mas você pode preparar na noite anterior também. Para isso prepare o creme, enforme com a geléia mas não cubra com os biscoitos. Deixe para finalizar com os biscoitos na hora de servir para não perder a textura. O biscoito sobre a mousse de iogurte na geladeira tende a amolecer.</li>



<li>Pode usar o iogurte integral, desnatado ou vegano,por exemplo, porém com o iogurte grego ficará mais cremoso.</li>



<li>Eu utilizei o limão simples para a mousse, se quiser um sabor mais sutil utilize limão siciliano.</li>
</ul>

<p>Saiba que essa receita conserva super bem por até 3 dias na geladeira.</p>



<p>Bem como pode usar para fazer coberturas e recheios de bolo. Eu confesso que corto fatias de bolo e cubro com essa sobremesa.</p>
