<p>Preparar esse bolo de pão de queijo é muito mais fácil que fazer pães de queijo.</p>



<p>A massa do bolo salgado é toda feita no liquidificador sem necessidade de escaldar o polvilho ou modelar bolinhas.</p>



<p>Por isso eu adoro essa receita, qualquer iniciante na cozinha que tenha um liquidificador em mãos consegue fazer.</p>

<p>Alias, nem de liquidificador precisa! Você consegue bater a massa com a ajuda de um batedor de arame com muita facilidade. Caso opte por isso faça com que a primeira etapa de mistura de líquidos esteja bem misturado, o leite deve ficar amarelinho com a gema do ovo.</p>



<p>O polvilho, o queijo e o fermento não precisa nem entrar em duas etapas como no caso do liquidificador, adicione todos de uma só vez e certifique que não fique nenhum pontinho de polvilho na massa do seu bolo de pão de queijo.</p>

<p>Essa massa de bolo salgado é líquida e recebe muito bem recheios.</p>



<p>Pode adicionar presunto triturado, ervilha ou milho escorrido, cebola ou o que tiver dando sopa na geladeira.</p>



<p>Atente-se somente de não rechear demais e pesar a massa.</p>



<p>Escolha no máximo uma xícara de recheio e depois da massa do bolo misturada adicione o recheio escolhido distribuindo bem pela massa.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">O que é um bolo de caneca?</h2>



<p>Parece sacanagem mas essa pergunta já me chegou algumas vezes.</p>



<p>Um bolo de caneca é literalmente o que você lê. Um bolo com poucos ingredientes preparado diretamente em uma caneca.</p>



<p>Normalmente esse bolinho de cacau é assado no microondas, mas amigos meus já testaram essa receita na airfryer e funcionou bem também.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Como preparo o bolo de caneca na air fryer?</h4>



<p>Simples:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Primeiramente misture os ingredientes do bolo ao mesmo tempo que aquece por 5 minutos a airfryer em 180˚C</li>



<li>Depois da massa pronta distribua em dois ramequins (citei dois mas caso você tenha um ramequim fora do padrão encha de massa até metade, utilize quantos ramequins necessitar)</li>



<li>Então disponha o ramequim no cesto da airfryer e asse por 10 minutos.</li>
</ul>



<p>Esse é o passo a passo para assar seu bolinho de microondas na airfryer. Prefira ramequins pos a caneca é um pouco altapara o espaço do forninho da airfryer.</p>



<p><strong>Agora vamos seguir a receita de bolo de caneca feito no microondas.</strong></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">O recheio super difícil que usei para o meu bolo de caneca:</h2>



<p>Eu fiz um creminho pra usar como recheio que é muito muito difícil e trabalhoso, acho que vocês nem vão conseguir fazer: </p>



<p>misturei </p>



<p>1 colher (de sopa) de requeijão  com 1 colher (de sopa) de achocolatado e só. <strong>Sério</strong>, isso é maravilhoso.</p>



<p>Cortei o bolo de caneca em 4 partes (ao meio e depois cada uma das partes ao mei também)</p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Montei as camadas com um pouquinho de creme e rodelinhas de banana. </span></p>



<p><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Fica mais prático montar dois bolinhos ao invés de fazer um gigante como eu fiz, facilita a comilança sem fazer lambança.&nbsp;</span></p>
