<li>Não deixe sua massa pré assar demais. Quando ela estiver começando a dourar retire a massa do forno e adicione o recheio, se deixar o disco de de massa assar demais ao voltar para o forno pode ser que ela fique crocante como um biscoito. Então não descuide do forno e comece ficar de olho a partir dos 15 minutos de massa no forno, o tempo vai depender da potencia do forno e da altura da massa de pizza.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Outras versões da lasanha de pão:</h2>



<p>O céu é o limite para rechear sua lasanha de pão. Pense que qualquer recheio de pizza combina bem com essa receita. Até os ingredientes de uma <a href="https://pitadinha.com/2012/05/lasanha-da-mama.html">lasanha tradicional </a>podem ser adicionados aqui, desde que se lembre que a massa do pão de forma não precisa de líquido para cozinhar, então lembre-se sempre de drenar o molho.</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Caprese</strong>. Que tal adicionar algumas fatias de queijo de cabra, tomate cereja e folhas de manjericão entre as camadas. Nesse caso eu deixaria o presunto de fora. <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></li>



<li><strong>Bolonhesa</strong>. Seja uma bolonhesa com carne moída, <a href="https://pitadinha.com/2017/02/bolonhesa-de-linguica-toscana.html">linguiça</a> ou peito de frango moído, combinará bem com nossa receita. Eu recomendo que nesse caso você substitua o molho de tomate vermelho por uma versão de bolonhesa mais sequinha, escorra um pouco do molho e substitua da mesma forma.</li>



<li><strong>Substitua o pão de forma</strong>. Para uma versão mais adulta, troque o pão de forma por fatias de pão italiano por exemplo. Ou fatias de pão de fermentação natural que é mais azedinho. Se você está na cidade de São Paulo, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/tartapao_panificio/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">recomendo o pão tartaruga</a>, é um 10/10. </li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Preparando em lote</h2>



<p>Essa receita é fácil de fazer até com as mãos amarradas nas costas. Mas se quer facilitar ainda mais sua vida por que não <strong>preparar um lote dela para ter no freezer.</strong> Assim é só retirar do freezer para o forno quando a fome bater.</p>



<p>Para isso você pode utilizar <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3AtFM9W" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">marmitinhas descartáveis de alumínio</a></strong> ou então recipientes que vão do freezer para o forno de vidro temperado ou uma <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3TT58ow" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">assadeira de  silicone</a></strong> por exemplo.</p>



<p>Para congelar, monte sua lasanha em um recipiente como citei acima que vá para o forno. Não asse, congele somente montada. Quando quiser descongelar leve ao forno e asse até o queijo dourar em 180˚ para descongelar nos primeiros 10 minutos, depois aumente a temperatura para 220˚C até que o queijo esteja dourado.</p>



<p>Nã quer ligar o forno? Você pode também levar do freezer ao microondas por alguns minutos, nesse caso eu recomendo que não utilize a embalagem de alumínio. Prefira congelar em formas de silicone ou vidro temperado.  Aqueça por 1 minuto e volte ao micro-ondas até que a lasanha esteja quente e o queijo derretido. O tempo vai variar dependendo da potência do seu aparelho tanto quanto o tamanho da sua lasanha.</p>



<p>Você pode manter no freezer por até 90 dias.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Variando o recheio da torta</h2>



<p>O cachorro quente de forno só é cachorro quente por conta do recheio, né? <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f605.png" alt="😅" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>Ainda assim você pode aproveitar essa massa de torta salgada fácil e preparar com outros recheios, como por exemplo:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Presunto e queijo</strong>: Prepare rolinhos de presunto e queijo e corte em 4, distribua os caracois pela massa e leve para assar. Nesse caso 200 g de presunto e 200 g de queijo é suficiente para fazer uma torta bem recheada.</li>



<li><strong>Tomate cereja, queijo e manjericão</strong>. Tomate cereja cortado ao meio e cubinhos de queijo, distribua por toda a massa e adicione as folhas de manjericão fatiado pela massa, leve para assar em seguida. Para essa versão utilize 200 g de tomate cereja, 100 g de muçarela em cubinhos e algumas folhas de manjericão.</li>



<li>Frango desfiado e requeijão cremoso. Essa versão de torta salgada é ótima para quando tiver sobras de frango assado, desfie, misture com o requeijão cremoso e coloque colheradas pela massa.</li>

<p>Sim, prepare na noite anterior, espere esfriar completamente e cubra a assadeira com plástico filme. Guarde na geladeira e na hora de servir pré aqueça o forno por 10 minutos, leve o cachorro de quente de forno de volta ao forno e aqueça por 15 minutos ou até estar quentinho novamente.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Como servir a pizza de sorvete?</h2>



<p>Detalhe bem importante. Se sua pizza passou tempo demais no congelador, provavelmente ela estará dura, difícil de cortar com a colher. Porém, por ser uma camada bem fina ela não precisa de muito tempo para ficar com a textura bem macia.</p>



<p>Antes de servir tire do congelador e deixe em temperatura ambiente 2 -3 minutos. Isso será suficiente para quebrar o gelo.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Sobrou sobremesa?</h2>



<p>O que eu acho bem improvável, mas caso sobre você pode voltar ao congelador com sua forma fechada com plástico filme. Quanto mais tempo fica no freezer mais duro o sorvete ficará, então não se esqueça da instrução acima sobre deixar alguns minutos em temperatura ambiente.</p>

<p>Não precisa de nenhuma experiencia na cozinha. A não ser que você nunca preparou um miojo antes, nesse caso leia atentamente as instruções da embalagem. Esse será o passo mais complicado dessa receita sem segredos.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Um segredo se quer a massa da pizza de frigideira mais crocante:</h2>



<p>A receita básica é essa, ovos e macarrão instantâneo cozido em uma frigideira quente com azeite. Simples assim. Mas se você quer experiemntar uma massa de pizza de frigideira mais crocante e dourada, adicione aos ingredientes da massa 1/3 de xícara de chá de queijo parmesão ralado. <strong>A crosta que se formará no fundo da massa de pizza de frigideira é ainda mais crocante e dourada</strong>.</p>



<p>Vale a adição, mas é totalmente opcional. Não deixe de fazer essa receita somente por não ter disponível o parmesão ok?</p>
